Eyelid Surgery

Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is one of the easiest cosmetic procedures to have performed. Recovery is very brief and usually you can return to work within a week. Bruising is very mild and it really doesn't hurt. Yet the results are outstanding. Your eyes are the first things people see when they speak to you. They give you character and expression. People can see when you are happy, sad, serious, angry, etc. Often the eyes are the first place that changes as we age. Wrinkles, puffiness, and droopiness all contribute to cluttering up the eyes. Whether it's surgery, laser, peels, fillers or simply the right skin care products, you will feel great once you are able to get rid of the clutter and show your eyes off.

Write to me and let's talk about it.

We are very excited to sponsor an event with the Baltimore Women's Bar Association for Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Carroll County.  Tonight Dr. Hrabowski, President of University of Maryland, Baltimore County will speak on "Getting More Women on Corporate Boards".  Dr. Schuster will give a very quick overview of how our practice specializes in cosmetic surgery including facial surgery, breast surgery and other body contouring procedures.  He will also talk about non surgical approaches to improve your look in a quick and inexpensive fashion.

For those of you who are hoping to move up the corporate ladder, whether on a Board or not, we would be happy to help boost your confidence with either "smaller" or "larger" improvements in your looks!   Give us a call or email us at: info@drschuster.com.

Hope to hear from you!

Gynecomastia

Gentlemen,

Gynecomastia is not something you need to live with. Whether you are a teenager, young adult, or later in years, treatment for your "man boobs" is effective and much easier than you think. I have been treating men with gynecomastia (male breast enlargement) for almost twenty years and have seen a huge increase in the number of men coming to the office over the past five years. I suspect it is due to inceased awareness and information obtained through the internet. Depending on the severity of the breast enlargement, surgery can include any one, or a combination of, liposuction, ultrasonic assisted liposuction, direct excision with pull through techniques, and direct excision of the excess skin. The surgery is performed as a short outpatient procedure. Recovery is relatively easy and usually you can return to work/school by the end of a week.

Write to me with your concerns and questions.

Non-surgical Treatment

Non-surgical treatments continue to be an excellent choice to enhance your appearance - even in such tough ecomomic times. Fillers, such as Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Sculptra, are extremely effective and can last between 6 months and 2 years. Restoring facial volume and improving wrinkles is fast and natural. It is performed privately in the office and ususally there is not any downtime.

I have been performing these procedures for many years and have seen absolutely wonderful results. Write to me with your questions or experiences.
