You know as we age we lose a lot of volume in our face and the surgical procedures that are performed today are designed to help restore that volume in a very natural way. My basic philosophy is that no matter what you do to the face that at end of the day you should have a very balanced natural appearance and that is what gives patients the best results. There are so many different things that can be done to the face and it ranges from just simple skin care products to nonsurgical procedures such Botox and fillers to laser resurfacing to actual surgical procedures that move the structures of the face, the skin itself as well as things underneath the skin to restore the volume and shape of the face.
