There are a lot of different procedures that can be done on the neck and a lot of it depends on the quality of the skin. The better the quality of the skin the more the skin will shrink on the new shape that we make underneath of it. So in this particular case the fat can be removed from the neck and then the muscle underneath of it tightened and through a small little incision that is underneath of the chin we can get these tremendous changes natural shape and contour of the neck.
